Make no mistake, the WEF/UN is behind the He Puapua agenda. Co-Governance is the means by which the Maori elite (corporations) plan to take control of our water and other assets and privatize them. This is all part of a coordinated global attack by global elites on gaining total control over humanity.

DON’T BE AN IDIOT!, There was no Lotto in 1840
It’s called a metaphor.
When the REDS (in co governance with the elite Maori) first mooted their propaganda campaign regarding just how bad ALL of NEW ZEALANDS water was, it was on their interpretation that many NEW ZEALANDERS were going to die (that’s fully dead) because the water was so so bad.
Now, how many more are going to die because they have delayed their super expensive unwanted fix for a further 2 years?
If this is true, any council that spends money on THEIR water reticulation system over the next 2 years is at worst psyhco or at best extremely irresponsible given that the REDS are going too steal it.
