Government's "Fast Track Bill" Is Another Example Of Their Commitment To Co-Governance
The Government is going to make legislation to make it easier to get infrastructure done in New Zealand. They want to cut out all the red tape and bureaucracy which has plagued projects in the past and slowed things down.
In principle, I totally agree with this. It’s high time.
But there is a problem with this legislation.
It requires iwi to be involved. This is wrong. Why?
I wrote a submission to Parliament this morning, and the following is what I wrote.

“I support the Bill but am very much against iwi involvement in this Bill.
Why are they involved?
We have 160 cultures in this country. Why have they been singled out? There is no mandate for this. It’s just apartheid and racist.
You will tell me that Maori and the Crown are in partnership via the Treaty. This idea is a myth.
There is no mandate in the Treaty for the Crown and Maori to be in ‘partnership’. HERE is proof.
Didn’t the government say in their pre-election promises that they would restore democracy? Why is National keeping undemocratic co-governance going?
Furthermore, in UNDRIP, which we signed up to, clause 46 (3) says “The provisions set forth in this Declaration shall be interpreted in accordance with the principles of justice, democracy, respect for human rights, equality, non-discrimination, good governance and good faith.”
The Bill breaches the principles of justice, democracy, respect for human rights, equality, non-discrimination, good governance and good faith.
If you want to be true to UNDRIP, and honour it, and be faithful to it, remove all iwi involvement.
NZ First promised to rid New Zealand of all race based legislation, but here they are creating more of it. Why are they not honouring their election promise? ACT said the same.
Supporting iwi involvement in this Bill is a blatant breach of their election promises.”

As I have said, we must get behind Winston, Jones, Seymour and Luxon, emailing them regularly with encouragement and our full support to expunge co-governance and Maorification from New Zealand.
Leaders need encouragement constantly.
Email Luxon urging him to do what the people of New Zealand elected him to do, which was to rid the country of Maorification and co-governance.
Warn him that he will be a one term PM if he doesn’t.

Reading through the Fast-track Approvals Bill in preparation for a submission, I found it difficult to conceive that this is a product of the National coalition rather than a co-governance, He Puapua promoting Ardern Labour Government. Any influence from David Seymour or Winston Peters appears to be entirely absent. How is this so? What happened to the stink that these two guys might have been expected to raise regarding proposed legislation so blatantly intent on enforcing iwi privilege. Seymour’s Treaty Principles Bill also seems to have gone quiet. A wake up call that this National coalition is turning out to be a kind of fiscally more responsible carnation of Labour woke. Not surprising with Mr ANZ diversity, te reo Luxon at the helm, but bloody disappointing to say the least that Seymour and Peters right now appear to have caved in with regards any kind of significant campaign against racial division.
Great submission & intro to this new proposed bill. We’re just at the 6 month point of this new government & we need to keep on their tail about their promises pre-election. This is so racist. so many talk about racism only if the white fellas are talking about the coloured people in this world. For too long now they have got away with this message when in fact it is them who are racists against us when they promote these types of bills.
