The ONZF tried to inform you as we did with the Final Draft in 1989 and the Royal Charter in 2014 but again no one takes any notice!!!
The Treaty is the problem and until you all wake up it is not New Zealand’s Founding Document, and Maori are not indigenous to New Zealand, nothing will change.
Do you have the information from the the Court of Appeal that the ‘simple nullity’ was overruled by them?
No I do not Julian, but I would not believe anything the 1987 Court of Appeal said. They even used a translations of the Treaty by one of the claimants, Professor Kawhura who admitted, “It was an attempt at a literal translation of the Maori text” and a very poor “attempt” at that! Another corrupt act by a corrupt justice system who completely ignores or true Founding Document and first Constitution!
Have you read page 663 of the Appeal, you will be amazed by this translation and the Crowwn accepted it!

Most of the claims that have been paid on a wrong treaty document should be looked into and where it has been all false claims the money should be taken back off them and have the person who made and paid out on it should be put in prison
