Soon after it was established in 1975, the Waitangi Tribunal was hijacked by Maori radicals.
It’s now 2022 and nothing has changed. Only the radicals are even more radical than they were in 1975.
The Tribunal has become a complete farce, a massive agency for conning Kiwis out of billions of dollars, all to fill the pockets of elite Maori.
It’s a place Maori can write cheques out to Maori with almost zero accountability.
Today, I would like you to read a newspaper report, and then tomorrow, I have asked Dr Bruce Moon, historian, to make comment.

Indoctrination in full flight.
If this doesn’t wake people up to what ONZF has been saying all along about the importance and significance of our 1840 Royal Charter, then nothing will.
Stated simply,
Te Tiriti o Waitangi was superseded by Queen Victoria’s Royal Charter, New Zealand’s True Founding Document and First Constitution. (Ref ONZF)
See: Tiriti o Waitangi Superseded by Queen Victoria’s Royal Charter.

When is Luxon going to stand up and reject this nonsense and promise to reverse all racist policies of this Communist-Maori-elite government, disband the Waitangi Tribunal, repeal co-governance and all the other clap-trap espoused by the left/woke/Maori Racists and show us how this country needs to be governed for ALL PEOPLES EQUALLY ! If he thinks he will be elected by the process of elimination, he is wrong, utterly wrong. People will instead vote for ACT and Seymour because they are the only ones with the guts for straight-talking. What are Luxon’s qualifications as PM ? He was a friend of Key: that in itself is enough to disqualify him as it was Key who falsely led NZ to sign the objectionable UNDRIP.
Te reo student Luxon will most likely pull the pin on 5 waters, probably with a few compromises, all to much political fanfare … and that’s about it Frank. Local co-governance in particular will be allowed to fester on. If ACT end up with a reasonably substantial balance of power then they might force a bit more.
Desperately needed now is a Government that’s hell bent on shifting this nation to become a no ifs no buts, one people, one law democracy. Prepared to confront inevitable aggressive push back from subversive, self-serving iwi leaders and their supporting Pakeha lovies. Only when such a will and mindset has been established will the detailed mechanisms to achieve that, Royal Charter etc, come into their own. The reality of course is that there is no such Government immediately lining up for when the current despots are kicked out. It might be possible for ACT to get there in the end, replacing National, but it certainly won’t be this next term. On the other hand there might be just too many Kiwis now resigned to this country becoming another Pacific islands backwater, some might say reverting to type, with the demise of the smart, hard working, no nonsense, British pioneering spirit that imbued the country with an ability to punch above its weight.
Brilliant comments Neil F and Ron Segal. If only we had more people with your drive and foresight and who actually know our TRUE history. However, sadly we need many more. Where are they? Wake up Sheeple!!
It seems Ngapuhi have very short memories. Thirteen of their chiefs wrote to the King of England in 1831 asking him the be their guardian and protector because they were afraid the southern tribes had gained muskets and were about to attack them for utu/revenge for slaughtering, eating or taking as slaves, thousand of the unarmed southern tribes. They were also afraid the French, who they also feared may claim sovereighty over New Zealand.
It’s all there in archives around the world plus the British Parliamentary Papers if you bothered to research them like Sir Apirana Ngata must have in 1922.
