They say Treaty, we say Royal Charter
They say Founding Document, we say only if you are talking about the Royal Charter
They say racist, we say Royal Charter
They say co governance, we say Royal Charter
They say He Pau Pau, we say Royal Charter
We have truth and recorded history on our side, so we fight back with the 1840 Royal Charter/letters patent.
ONZF has done the hard yards for us in collating this history time line for us.
This ingrained bilious phrase “indigenous peoples” has me grating my teeth every blinking day. They “PMMP’s” part Maori mainly pakeha” who deny their 80% pakeha heritage) and we, PTBP “proud to be pakeha” are all boat people and immigrants.
And just as they have been deleting their inconvenient history and roots, they have found cohorts amongst the criminals in the UN to bring some (for them) credibility to their flatulent claim of indigenous people to New Zealand. Without this these depraved thieves who’ll have to imagine another ruse to beat us kiwis up with.
You are so right Neil F. Queen Victoria’s Royal Charter/Letters Patent is our true founding document. When the Treaty was signed we were still part of NSW. The Royal Charter separated NZ from NSW, made NZ into a British Colony with a Governor, political, legal and justice systems under one flag and one law, irrespective of race, colour or creed. What could be more founding than that??!!
First of all, I would like to thank Neil and Helen for supporting the Royal Charter, our true Founding Document and first Constitution. This is somthing Maori should look at. If it had not been for the Royal Charter, New Zealand would have remained under the dependency/laws of New South Wales that only gave protection/laws to the English settlers. Under the Royal Charter, the New Zealand government gave Maori the same rights as the people of England under one flag and one law,
